I see this post all the time on my dash. And every time I am reminded that I am wrong. Sometimes there are reasons to dislike your body. Loving your body is great, but not required. My only hope is that you don’t allow anyone else to dictate your own self-love and self-acceptance.
The battle between the mind and heart usually hurts the body.
