Black Pepper: Banishing negativity

Cayenne: Dealing with separations

Dandelion Leaves (the bigger, the better): Purification and banishing negative forces.

Biodegradable string (or some kind of string that won’t hurt the environment)

A good sized piece of bark, flat as possible

Taglock(s) of the individual(s)

Steps

1. Place the pepper, cayenne, and taglock onto the dandelion leaves.

2. Roll up the leaves and securely tie it. Visualize these as the individual(s).

3. Go to a nearby river or creek. Place the dandelion leaf poppets onto the bark and send down the river. Visualize them leaving your life.
