Energy Protection Bubble

thewitchsbeginning:

I used to do this as a child, and didn’t really remember until I decided to study witchcraft. One of those “oh that makes sense moments”….anyways.

Imagine yourself, and your energy inside of you. Whether you picture a ball of glowing light, or everywhere, just feel your energy and imagery will help. Picture the person, or object, or both, that you want to protect.

Then picture your energy transferring to that person or object. When you picture it, imagine it forming almost like a force field around it. Kind of like a dome, or bubble, that will fit around it and protect it. It really can be any shape but something round like a bubble seems to come naturally to me, and also feels more natural.

Focus on the transferring and the creation of the bubble around what you want to protect. You can say a spell in your head if you wish, or just leave it as is. I came up with a few words that seemed to really resonate. Feel free to change them or personalize them for the situation – but this is a good blanket one. Also feel free to ask to a direct deity or whatever/whomever you believe in. I’m asking the universe, but that doesn’t mean you have to. Please remember that I cannot directly change all fate, and if something were to happen to your object or person after using this, I’m not held responsible.

With my energy
Make it so
They’re/He’s/She’s/It’s protected
From this moment forth

I hope this helps! It’s a good way to focus your mind too.

Self Love Bath

It’s important to remember that you are loved. By the most important person there is: you, of course! If you need a little help with the loving-yourself part, this bath will definitely do the trick.

  • 2 Parts Epsom Salts
  • 1 Part Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 3 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 1 Scoop of Coconut Oil
  • Optional: A handful or lavender buds or pink rose petals

Draw your bath at the temperate you like best. Epsom salts will help relax your muscles while the coconut oil softens your skin. Let the aromatherapeutic benefits of lavender lighten you, and the pastel pink himalayan salt will hold in warmth and happiness. What can I say? You’re lovable!
