My children love bliss balls and so do I. The other day we made a Christmas version; ginger cookie bliss balls with a hint of lemon. Yummy! Mix 15 dates, 1 dl gluten free oats (I’m sure you can replace it with almond flour for a paleo version), 1,5 dl grated coconut, 1 dl cashews, 0,5 dl almond flour, 60 ml (about 4 tbsp) coconut oil, 1 tbsp raw cacao, 2 tsp ginger cookie spices, 1 tbsp lemon juice + zest from half a lemon (organic) and a pinch of Himalayan salt. Mix together in a high speed blender. Place in the fridge for about 30 min. Form to balls and roll in grated coconut. Store cold. Enjoy!
