Faery Tarts
Based on something I read a long time ago, Faery Tarts are one of my favorite things to give as an offering. They’re sweet, creamy, and make just as good a snack for mortals as they do for the fair folk.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
gettin’ ready for holiday shows….  printing all these little wooden ornaments is i guess an acknolwedgement of my personal tradition to get a new christmas tree decoration/ornament for myself each year…one special one… sort of a landmark/souvenir/token of that time in my life… and then each year i remember when i got that one… my favorites are a pair of crazy birds made from dried gourdes that i got about 4 years ago and also a few super long sea green ultra delicate blown glass icicle like tubes… anyway, i guess i make these hoping that there is some other souvenir hunter out there who will want to have one and that will look back on it each year…
I sliced and dehydrated some oranges for a simple little garland above my kitchen sink. 😊 I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
