Things needed:
-small jar
-vanilla
-oil of any kind
-black pepper
-red string or ribbon
-someone you want to get rid of in your head

Combined oil vanilla and black pepper in a jar. Write the persons name on a slip of paper and put it in the jar. Tie jar with red string or ribbon. Shake jar. Say while shaking the jar.

In my head I don’t want you seen
You plague my thoughts
And haunt my dreams
As I wake with the new dawn
I cast you out and you are gone

Go to sleep that night, when you wake up in the morning cut the string and say.

Here I wake with a new day
No more you I have my way
When I cut our ties of fate
My head and heart rest in a better state

Then dump out the contents and wash the jar washing yourself of that person.
