Only when I am super stressed/have a lot going on x.x
Like the entire past month I have been spending basically 24/7 on my Etsy store and trying to get Halloween orders out in time, so during that I had no time for exercise and just ate whatever and whenever I remembered I needed to @_@
Now that I don’t have all that to worry about, I’ll be back to getting on an eating schedule/counting calories and exercising (mostly core) 3-4 days a week, maybe 5 if I’m not too tired ^^
Once I get on a specific schedule for myself it becomes a routine and really easy for me to stay on top off. If I’m not organized though I’m a total mess x’D
