someone told me there’s this crazy cheap hemp board plywood type material (actual scientific name) and apparently canada uses it to build an entire hospital or orphanage or whatever for like $10

wait here I found this article. apparently hemp is cheaper and more durable than concrete, and is self-insulating. science!
