The package Leah sent me arrived today. I can honestly say she is the most kind hearted, generous, and all around awesome friend I’ve ever had. She sent me a heartfelt birthday letter, civil war era tin type, an ossuary dome with a golden pheasant head, lacy agate stones, a labradorite stone, and three fossils. I am overwhelmed with joy and feel so unbelievable blessed to have such a wonderful friend who shares my interests. Even though she’s 1000 miles away, this girl is alway in my heart. These treasures mean more to me than I could ever truly express.

When you do birthday things for your best friend and you are worried for days they won’t like it AND THEY DO and then they write sweet wonderful and caring things about you. Meg’s a treasure and she deserves all the love and treasures I have! I’m so happy my best friend enjoys her birthday present!! Happy (belated) birthday Meg!!!!
